Help my spinning tom. Rogers Swivomatic.

I need Rogers Swivomatic base plate for the mounted tom. The weld is cracked and it is starting to spin the tom around on the mount. It is on my Dayton/Fullerton set and the tom has a Fullerton tag but the plate is held on by the big washers and nut system on the inside of the tom, not the star washer setup.

The collet itself appears to be the newer style with "No" Pat Pending info so I am assuming it is a cast one, however all other collets and floor tom brackets on the set are machined.

I think I can use either type of base plate(machined or cast) as long as I get the collet with the new base plate.
