This ride cymbal arm mount was on a 70's Fibes kick drum I just bought. Ive never seen something like this and have no idea who made it.. Premier? Sonor? Generic?

Hard to tell from the photo but it almost looks like Leedy & Ludwig Knobb Tension era.

the knob tension stuff has a similar shape but it doesn't look like that

Figured it out, along with help on another post. Its a meazzi Hollywood mount. I saw them as spur brackets but I'm not sure if they also were used as ride cymbal mounts.
Looks like a Ludwig cymbal rod would fit
