Where did these Vistas go?

Odds never did give nothing to the Tinman...

Good luck. Did these have serial numbers?

The serial numbers are listed next to each size. This was a factory ordered kit.

The odds are not good, but there are lots of Ludwig collectors that track serial numbers. Just wondering if they are still being appreciated by someone.

Tinman, your kit-search is much akin to looking for a child that was offered up for adoption, probably more daunting. I often wonder where my Ludwig snare wound up.

While I am interested in the possibilities of a positive outcome for your quest, you might do better in this task, by asking The Great and Powerful Oz.

Sorry.

I knew it would be like a lottery win chance, but I checked my two blue drums, and no luck here. Maybe you can figure it out by process of elimination .... Good luck!!

I feel your pain (Old Arkansas patronization). My 1964 Ludwig OBP Hollywood set is in Pakistan.

Sometimes, it's better not to know.

Good Luck! it would be great to hear that you found them and they're in great shape being appreciated but that's quite unlikely. I'm still looking for my 1970's supersensitive. I didn't sell or trade it, I just can't remember where I put it.!!!

I lose a lot of things lately. Yesterday it took me 10 minutes to find my bedroom. When I got there a strange woman was in my bed, she insisted that she was my wife!! She always was strange!

1958 Gretsch Kit
1966 Kent Kit
1969 Ludwig Standard Kit
1970 Rogers Power Tone Kit
1970's Ludwig Vistalite Kit
1994 Yamaha Maple Custom
2010 Yamaha Maple Custom
28 assorted snares (including some real crap)
and 1 really nice K Zildjian Istanbul
