I am enjoying my Ludwig Bonham Kit after playing double bass for so long(over 40 years) I am learning a lot of new fills and a different simpler way of playing and it is a lot of fun again..

Slingy 60s orphans re-wraped in walnut veneer 12/14/20. Currently using a 50s 4.5x13 Slingy Bop snare with it.
Forgive me please, but I am currently gigging newish Tempus carbon fiber 10,12,14,20 toms and BD with either my trusty 1920 Luddy NOB 6.5 or my 1960 Luddy COB 400. The carbon fiber drums are very lightweight and almost bullet proof and almost as unique as vintage.

Almost as unique? Heck, they're even MORE unique! Congrats on getting a Tempus carbon fiber kit. I had the pleasure of playing on one, and I've got to admit that if one pops up for a good price on craigslist, I'm gonna snatch it up. Those tubs sounded great!
...besides, the whole "vintage drum" thing has been WAY over-done...

Also not vintage, but it's all I have for now... recent Ludwig Accent Zep Set. 13/16/18/26. Right now I'm playing a 36" 80's-era kick instead of the 26". 26" is as small as I'll ever play again though. :)
Snare is a 70's Acrolite that's seen some upgrades: Trick strainer and butt plate mounted using machined aluminum adapters that use the existing holes, die-cast batter hoop, 2.3mm snare hoop, Puresound Blasters snares.
This snare KILLS! I miss my old Supra, but this is a REALLY nice substitute!
I also have my 60's 32" bass drum in natural mahogany with Imperial lugs that's going to be the basis of my repro Ludwig & Ludwig set.

My 68 Slingy 1 up 2 down. And the Acro. Till I get my newish to me 66 Supra sounding as good.
Next time out a 9/72 early 70s Rogers Londoner 5, New England White.

My early Fullerton 3 ply Rogers Londoner is set up at the studio, with either my matching wood Powertone or new Noble & Cooley aluminum alloy snare.
For those special gigs I take out the Rogers TSB XP8's...with a 8" Maple Superten snare.
Many clubs we play have backline kits so I will either use my COB Powertone or '66 Supraphonic..they both sound great.
