Overpriced for a RK with missing parts.Still Chicago drums seem to be worth more that Niles era drums.Clamshell strainers that work are tough to find and aren't cheap.

It has to have extra holes also with that P-85 mounted on it.The clamshell had 3 holes, but in different locations.

For 250 I would take the deal, but extra holes in the shell makes it a player, and not a collector anymore.

Nice looking snare and I'd guess maybe a solid maple shell seeing what's left of the clamshell. GC is a bit heavy on the price for sure. Looks like nickel hardware and still has the original hoops which is nice. I'd say $200-250 is more in line with the missing parts and extra holes.

GC seems to have a strange pricing structure on some things. It's either not a bad deal or way overpriced. I've been looking at a 3 pc WMP RK kit in our local store. 28 bass and 13 and 14 toms with tacked bottom heads. $1299 and they are firm on it so far.

Glenn.

Not a guru just havin fun with some old dusty drums.
