What's the Ludwig Spur Lok with curved base?

I checked the catalogs posted at the Vintage Drum Guide, trying to find the model number for the Spur Lok pedal hi hat, that has the curved base, "direct pull." I haven't taken it apart yet...is it adjustable for spring tension?

As far as I can tell, it's an 1123-1 from +/- 1967... ?

Just curious.

Whoever posted those catalogs and histories, THANK YOU! They are a wonderful source of information, not to mention a trip or two down memory lane....

ringo played a wfl 1121 hi hat before he played the ludwig 1123 for years. but the 1121's are not spurlok pedals. they have the speed king pedals.

Yeah .. this is definitely a "Ludwig" not WFL, Spur Lok, if that helps ...

should be an 1123 or an 1123-1. if its flat based, its an 1123. difference between a 200-300 hi hat stand and a 50-75 one too..
