What year are these black onyx Rogers? Last viewed: 2 hours ago

I just found a floor tom and a kick at a thrift store. They are beautiful. I paid 20 bucks! I found the label on the inside It reads no. 68089 Holiday model Rogers est 1949 Dayton, Ohio.

I would like to know the year and any other info would be great!

Nice find! I have been watching for a Black Onyx kit for a while now. If you ever decide to move these two drums and make a nice profit please let me know. What sizes and do you have any pics? Thanks, Randy

We got them and they look fine but a little larger for my old eyes would be better, but we got the drift and a fantastic score at rock bottom price would be my opinion on these beauties.Hope they are in as great of condition as the pics speak and you`re in business.

All you need is a 12" ride tom and the tom arm to hang it on the bass.

Quite a score; you may as well have gotten them for free!

Yes, the pictures did come through but are pretty small. They look beautiful from what I can tell. I will send you a PM with my info just in case you are thinking of selling. I am very interested. The matching Powertone just popped up on ebay too!
