Looks like a Festival or GK sound king. Need a pic of the strainer to be sure.

Maybe its just the coloring of the picture, but that looks like an unfinished brass shell? If you can take a few more pics (maybe of the badge and strainer) that would be helpful in identifying your drum. Thanks,

+1.Looks like a stripped Festival model.No lines in the shell.The older drums were COB.
