What is the value of this Leedy sanre? Last viewed: 4 hours ago

Loading...

I'd like to know what year it was made and how much it might be worth.

It's 6.5x14 8 lug and has "Broadway Standard" and "Leedy" stamped on the rims. There is no badge.

It could use a good cleaning but overall it's in decent shape - there's some pitting on the lug casings.

Thanks!

Wow!

I'm not too familiar with Leedy and I had no idea it was worth that much.

I could use a good cleaning it's been in it's original canvas bag for the last 20-30 years.

Any suggestions on what to use to clean it without damaging the finish?

Do not use steel wool at all on it, simichrome metal polish will work very well onit.

Thanks for the info!

I hope this doesn't sound like a dumb question but I'm not familiar with Leedy drums and their history - what makes this snare so valuable?
