Can anyone tell me whose 3 point attachment strainer this is? I can't find it in the Ludwig, Slingerland or Leedy hardware sections. Thanks

It looks like an early 1920s Leedy strainer.

Here's a picture of one of Mike Curotto's early 20s Leedy snares with a similar strainer as well.

1920's tp mid 30's Leedy strainer...A side note on Goodwill.com a Leedy snare drum with that same strainer is on auction bid is 67.88..with a few days to go..Mikey
