got this gretsch snare for 99 bucks. came with one die cast hoop. no idea what year it is, I'm guessing 70's. sounds great, I think its COB but not sure. seems to be missing what is called the fishtail. Is this a '4160'? what have I got??

well it keeps saying failed, not sure why. serial number says 15330. stop sign badge.
