W&A (Gretsch) pre 1950, BDP 12 by 14 Rocket lug tom Last viewed: 7 hours ago

First off...this drum wears an amazing looking BDP!...Glistens!

Inside is factory painted black..There were some W and A drums made like that......check it out.

Lugs are nickel/rest chrome....nice contrast...

3 extra holes for a Rogers Swiv-O mount at 1 point...see pic please.

Must have come off a 24 or 26 BD kit,and was used on the far right side as another mounted tom.

I sold the matching 9 by 13 to a Forumite last summer.

.......................................................................................................

This drum could be used as a good substitute for a 14" by 14" Jazz Floor Tom....

........................................................................................................

It has Slingerland COB (Chrome over brass) snare hoops..(1 top/1 bottom)...

I didn't have 2 nice matching tom hoops,so had to use a snare bottom hoop! Still works..!

I do have a chrome diamond plate to include also...that covers the holes from the Rogers mount....

.....................................................................................................

1 Head is a a quite nice Aquarian coated/the other will be either another nice Aquarian OR a Remo...

$300 OBO/poss trade
