Vintage W.F.L. White Marine Pearl (1948-1952) Last viewed: 9 hours ago

Hey everyone. A couple years ago my father in-law gave me some cool vintage drum stuff. I received a W.F.L. bass drum and snare drum in white marine pearl (1948-1952 era), vintage stands, late 50's zildjian avedis cymbals, and vintage paiste super high hats. Right now I am using the cymbals, snare, and high hat stand in my current set-up.

I decided to part with the bass drum as it has been sitting in my garage and I have no plans to use it or restore it. I also took pictures of some vintage hardware last night. I am trying to determine the purpose of each piece of hardware. I assume some goes with the bass drum but I can't identify the purpose of much of it. I am looking to part with all of the misc. hardware along with the bass drum so I would like to learn what I have here. Any help is appreciated.

The hardware is from right to left a set of clamp on bass drum spurs. the middle are one part of clamp on mounts for toms or cymbal arm mounts, the left are another set of clamp on bass drum spurs.

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

I didn't know that Ludwig made extended length bass drums during that time period.

That's what I thought it was. WFL was making those during that period and on through the 50's. It's the same shell that they used on their Compacto drum which double as a cocktail drum or a bass drum. They used one bass drum hoop and one tom hoop however.
