Unbelievable. I joined the forum today, and already have learned so much simply by reading this thread. I read each page... it was like a story.

Cheers to you, my friend. I'm sure that kit will bring you a lot of joy. I hope you are feeling better.

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

Oh no, someone has revived the longest thread discussion in VDF history!

This is "Dark Side of The Moon" thread. It keeps re-entering the charts every so often.

I'm waiting for the counter to click over 50,000 views! TommyP can tell me if I'm wrong, but at 49,800 views I think it's the most often read thread on the VDF site!

Let's do some math. If everybody paid a nickel apiece to read it.... LOL

Hey TommyP - If this sucker goes over a 100,000 reads I'll expect a commemorative plaque in my office by the following business day! :D

I just looked at the counter... unbelievable! I'm surprised none of the drum mags ever picked up on it. Would run great as a series. (?)

Dave/Tommy P - 2,220 more reads and this bugger will have been perused 100,000 times! That's an insane number of hits. I can't believe that number is real. Hard to wrap my head around it.

Get my commemorative plaque ready boys! :D
