Vintage Tom Mount - W&A?

Hello All,

I'm looking for a vintage tom mount just like the one in the attached image. I'm guessing this is a W&A? I have a virgin bass drum so I'm looking for a bass drum hoop mounted tom holder with a spade.

Miracles do happen. :)

Thought I'd close the loop with a couple of photos of the actual part. Looks great on my Geo. Way virgin bass drum. I feel fortunate to have found one!
