Looks like 20 12[5 lugs] 14 with 13 16 Rogers...

I'm going to predict the drums are worth somewhere between a pretty penny and a really quite impressive chunk of change.

Can't really tell the condition of the drums from the picture. Can you post cleaner closer pic's. 12 14 20 is popular sizes with Gretsch. Take off those Rogers toms and make them a separate issue if you can to.

Cheers

The serial numbers on the paper labels inside the Gretsch drums will help to narrow the date estimate. Can you list them here?

Where in Missouri are you? I am on the Kansas side of the line near Kansas City.

Collecting information about the following for ongoing research projects:
Gretsch drums with serial numbers,
Ludwig Keystone and B/O badge drums with serial numbers and date stamps,
Ludwig Standards from 1968-73, and
Ludwigs with paper labels from 1971-72

I would say the Gretsch are worth $1000's if no extra holes and original finish etc. Very nice! and great sizes.....sought after by collectors and players ............IMHO. What are the paper tags inside the shells showing?

What would you recommend asking for them?

I wouldn't let the Gretsch 4pc go for less than $2000usd and they may be even worth more.....I'm not an expert by any means. I'm comparing to a 50's kit I have - same size drums as yours.
