Vintage Apollo Kit for sale Last viewed: 42 minutes ago

Loading...

I have a vintage Japanese Apollo gold sparkle drum kit I am looking to sell. It’s a 5 piece kit in good condition.

It is missing some parts: bass drum spurs, one bass drum tension claw, bass drum pedal, and wood block. I think i'm also short a couple of tension rods. I am not well versed in vintage drum sets and have had the hardest time trying to find parts.

It has no heads and there is slight pitting on the chrome. I have some stands, cymbals, travel cases (rough condition) and a throne.

Bass - 20"

Floor Tom - 16"

Toms - 12" and 13"

Snare - 14"

Looking for $145

Thank you for offering your drums here.

Can you give us more details about the cymbals? Make and size? Thanks

OMG man - they have to be worth a lot more than $145 - that is insanely low for this. IMHO of course.

There are no visible markings or identifiers on the 19.5" ride and the 16" crash. The bottom half of the hi hat looks like it is not matching to the top half. It says Typhoon.

I am honestly clueless of its value. My parents bought that set for me in 1995 when I was in high school. They got it at garage sale from a Kansas City jazz drummer. It's been in storage up until now and it's currently in my tiny apt in Chicago. I don't really see Apollo sets going for much. That being said...don't be afraid to offer me more!
