Value of a Slingerland 3 pc: 24" bass, 13" tom, 16" floor, has stick chopper "Slingerland" engraved hoops. Seems to be circa 1957, condition decent, floor tom wrap a bit rough on edge. Single tom mount on bass, gold sparkle wrap. Any estimates of value appreciated, thanks!

Seemed a tad high to me as well, especially with no snare. But in all honesty I think Slingerlands are highly undervalued to begin with. Their sound, quality, finishes, rarity, history, etc. is on par with any of the other big names, yet they just don't seem to pull in the same amount as Ludwig, Gretsch, and Rogers. They do seem to be increasing in poularity and in turn the values are increasing as well.

So $700 (Canadian) is a fair price to pay for these 3 drums, if they are all in the round?, thanks for the input
