A while back, I was in need of a hoop style tom mount for a Walberg & Auge drum set with a virgin bass drum and a 9x13 tom with the diamond plate receiver for a spoon or spade from a rail type mount. I acquired two different hoop mount set ups. One of them is a Rogers Knobby device from the Swivomatic era. I love that era of Rogers hardware, but I never knew of this apparatus. I don't think I'll part with this gem because some day I'll regret not having it.

This tom holder also works very well as a cymbal rod mount on bass drums. Thanks for the picture from the 1964 Rogers catalog.
