That is a slingerland rapid strainer
61 I think, the arm does not stick out on the left side

Thanks. I thought it looked like that, but wasn't sure since it has the rubber bushing. I wasn't aware that the rapid strainers had those. Thanks again.

The rubber bit would disintegrate over time. All rapid strainers, barring the very first model, had a rubber bit.
Edit* maybe the 59-61 did not have a rubber bit. I don't see a clip that would support the rubber bit in the picture i linked to. Anyway, still a slingerland rapid strainer :)
