I would like to know if anyone has any (new or vintage) UFIP pies laying around not getting any use, thanks
UFIP Cymbals
70's Pearl Fiberglass Ivory
Must they be branded UFIP ,or just made by them?
prefer branded, I know they made a cheaper line of cymbals

I don't know if they ever got into making sheet spun cymbals----I suspect not. It would seem that UFIP made a huge number of stamps and lots of unstamped ones , that can clearly be identified as UFIP. Since they were rotocasting from the mid-60's on , it does seem that a considerable number of their non-UFIP stamped products were just the same cymbals , without the stamp. anyway---I have a set or two of 35cm. hats and maybe a couple of crashes (38cm.) and a ride or two available. Som e are stamped UFIP( the hats) and some aren't but they are all clearly UFIPS and of the same construction and quality.
UFIP had to recover from the totalitarian rule of IL Duce ,after the war and sold a lot of unmarked cymbals to distributors , to be used as house brands. There were also the Ajahas, many of which lost their only marking , the underbell inkstamp during cleaning follies.
I can get you a 17" UFIP Class series cymbal for $200 if you're interested.
Thats high, I found a 16" on CL for $125, and an 18" on ebay for $150
