Yup maybe a Tama marcher as Tamadrm suggested or tom conversion. All the pics of deep Tama snares i scanned through had the long Artstar type lugs.

superstar lugs sure look a lot like some Rogers I've seen. For $40 you hit the jackpot. I agree the butt looks tama.
