I have previously visited that website which is a fantastic resource, but I couldn't any info relating to my question regarding the Vox rebranded kit/s. Would love to know if there was anything unique about these particular kits that differentiated them from the standard Trixon line, or if these were simply the likes of the Luxus kits  with a Vox sticker applied to the shells and Vox branded tention rods on the bass drum.  

It is my opinion that the Vox production line marketed in the USA by The Thomas Organ Co. to target the newly hip young buyers influenced by English pop and American psychedelia, was in essence the basic drum formerly known as Luxus and Speedfire but was showing a definite "degredation" in terms of quality of castings and hoops, increased usage of plastic and nylon parts instead of the earlier metal, newly retooled floor tom leg assembles, ship form sockets, shell mount cymbal holders, and T-rods, adhesive sticker badges rather than the tacked metal Trixon logo badge, etc., all in apparent attempts to reduce production costs. There were still some quality drums to be found in the output but when compared to the Trixon output of earlier decades the difference is quite stark.
