once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
Would be fun but,,,, then I have no drum cash! Are you going to the show next month? I am hoping to find a floor tom for my Club Date, SBP 1967.
Thank you!

i can understand the sentiment but i figure id try the tactful way instead of the, im going out of town to by drums approach and it worked non confrontational but im sure there be the piper to pay down the road... or maybe shes just a good ol gal any way cant be prouder ....
My wife likes road trip adventures to places we have never been so she is good with a trip to get drums. She is starting to appreciate them now. She wants me to give her 500.00 so she can prove to me that she knows enough to make a smart purchase. What do you think, worth the gamble?Jeff C
Good ideas! Thanks for sharing the tips, guys.

well here i am at the hotel way up in mn just picked up the all stainless original owner octa- plus kit with all b/o badge's on all Hercules hardware i never new there was that much stuff! ok i believe 9 or 10 toms 2 26 in bd the 18 has bottom head they are dirty from being in huge flight cases( did not get those) all of those years but no dings or scratches, 4 early A's 1 ping with rivets a china, hats are old beats they are coated with a factory spray to keep them like new never seen that , unreal like a time vault 2 speed kings all hardware is the famous atlas heavy duty stuff with all proper wing nuts with b/o badges now ready for this the snare has the classic strainer and b/o badge with bow tie lugs i think 7 x14 have to measure when i get them home and the individual snares with the slotted screws for adjustment i never seen one like this its different from the super sensitive as i never seen a p87 classic throw this late, is this a orchestra model ill have pics when i get them home ....im over whelmed it looks like a rare find i guess, i think with this being all original by the first owner its definitely all there and probably the only one of the 4 or 5 made that is still this complete i know pics pics pics of course you'll have to wait till i get home unless the wife can i phone some to my e mail then ill try later or tomorrow oh well back to looking at the cymbals they are perfect.... the drum saints are with me today

Gary, very nice sir, And Welcome to the Stainless steel club, best sounding drums hands down in my opinion.
Mark i agree i set on them and wow i was impressed not quite in tune but what a deep sound not thuddy like wood concerts kinda melodic in there nature ...
thanks cant wait to dive in i tried a test spot to clean and they look brand new
