Thoughts on price

I know... tough to tell from a picture. Seller is not a drummer and these are a longer drive than I'd like just to look. From this one picture... what would you pay? Cymbals are Zildjian, shells are keystone with no extra holes. Supra is NOT brass.

Thoughts?

Cases included? Chances are they are not junk. And you did not say what he is asking.

Private sale, and he's not a drummer, I'd offer $500 because I don't like champagne sparkle Hollywood drums sets very much, and probably won't find the cymbals from late 60's very interesting either. I say late 60's because I see one drum has a clear interior. Guessing though.

If everything is in good condition, I would probably jump on that for $700.00. Not saying I wouldn't try for $450.00 to $500.00 first though!

That kit is worth $1500+ easy. If you can get them for a grand your doing well.

Asking price is now $900. I don't need the supra and could get maybe $200. Also don't need the cymbals, which may fetch another $200? Also don't need the cases, which are Humes & Berg. I have no idea what they may be worth. After selling everything I don't want, the drums may end up costing around $400 to $500. Seems reasonable. I'll post on the progress if I decide to pull the trigger.

Thanks

Jim

those are gold sparkle,right?mike

I believe that is correct. I have no time to see them this weekend. Really don't NEED another set, but this seems like a reasonable good deal.

thx

1 tom is clear - the other & the FT is white if you didn't quite notice. So, that is a flag t/ the kit might not really be a true Hollywood & that clear tom was added to make it so. In other words, is the BD drilled for the 70's mount (I know you said no extra holes ... however, seller doesn't know drums so I'd be real specific, especially since you have a long drive ahead.),
