Thoughts on my Dynasonic??? Last viewed: 11 hours ago

Loading...

From time to time I have searched online trying to get info on my drum. I have had it since around 1974. Any thoughts on my drum??? (I noticed I'm going to have to do some cleaning when I took it out to take the pics). The ser. no. is 15265. I'm happy to have found this forum.

Thanks.

To be more specific...what is the name of the color of the drum? I've seen a lot of pics of dynasonics, but none with this color. Could it have been a custom order or was it a regular color selection? What year might it have been built? Where might it have been built? (I promise I'll begin the restoration process tomorrow for the Dynasonic fans). Thanks again.

Wood dynasonics are very sought after in the vintage drum market. PLUS -yours is an uncommon color! Major drool factor!

Thanks to all for the comments. Thanks Gary. I've never known what to call the color. Jonnistix, I appreciate the offer to take the drum off of my hands. I think I'll keep it for a little while longer (at least until I clean it up). The comments have all given me some great insight into the "mystery" drum.
