Can anyone help me identify this unique 24" diameter drum. The shell material seems to be a composite material similar, but heavier than hard drum cases but its certainly not plastic. Notice the single flanged metal hoops and slotted tension rods. There's no where to attach a foot pedal and no identification anywhere on the drum except "SPUR" is stamped on each hoop in two places. And...it comes in two pieces.
