I think these might be CB drums but the only markings are stickers that say taiwan on the outside near the vent.

I got two identical kits with one having much more spindly tom mounts on the bass drum while the one pictured has a tom mount like pearl.

The spindly set has lugs like these while the set above has rounded lugs.
