This is truly the heaviest and weirdest stand I own. It's too high to be a snare stand except if you are 6"8". I think it must be a 360 or 380 (it does have a Made in Taiwan sticker) but if anyone knows what it exactly is I'd be curious - it appears indestructible and the chrome really shines nice. Accepting any reasonable offers and it does make a nice coat rack. Thanks.

There is more modern Rogers that does not include the 360 or 380. Not sure when the 360s and 380s production stopped, but that just looks like a snare stand. The remarkable part of it is the height - and my guess is that it is for use standing up - a concert snare stand. That simple. What is intriguing is that it appears that the middle joint is like a boom - wonder if it is 'boom-able' to the side. That is what would really make this worth having for someone. I would point that out while selling.
I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!

Unfortunately it's not boom-able and appreciate the info -makes sense that it could be used for standup drumming.

I wonder if this was one of those convertable boom/straight cymbal stands that was made into a tall snare stand?
