You mean this one? (see attachments) I was able to score this baby on ebay a couple of months back.....never seen the 1963 catalog before this....didn't know it even existed! :p

I have a pretty good scanner, I'll see about scanning it in and sending the scans to David over the long weekend, this way it can be added to the gretsch catalog pages on the main site.
