I thought it looked quality too. I'm surprised that we don't see so many Soviet drums 'cause these sure had marching bands and I don't imagine they bought too many from Ludwig. I remember military gigs here 30 years ago where they didn't permit anything non-American on stage. No Pearl drums, no Yamaha, period.
