Looking at the close up, they can`t have Champion lugs, those are only small logo. They have 80`s Phonic lug castings with no Snap-Loc feature.

It`s a drum,.....Hit It !!

Agree with Oddball, it's a re-wrapped International. Lugs are similar to the German made stuff but its all MIT.
