I think the box stamp says genuine rosewood in German.

Your snare has the 79 badge made one year only. Lucky guy !!

Just looked. Not stamp on the rosewood snare. But funny thing is, the rosewood looks finished on the inside?? And no stamp on the chrome snare either.

There is a special place in drummers heaven for you.

Yes most are Rosewood finish on the inside. There are cases where the interior was ordered Beechwood. Prolly cost related.

Hopefully next to this Jet set with Gold trim
