The floor tom needs a leg bracket but has all three legs. It has all leg brackets but one does not have the correct wing nut and someone cross threaded it trying to make it work. The tom is complete just needs a tension rod and heads.

I also have a Ludwig rail consolette. Not sure of the year but I assume late 60's to early 70's because it has the mount for an L rod instead of the spade.
