Anyone need any 16" 10 hole Slingerland Stick-Savor hoops/rims? I've got 3 or maybe even 4 complete sets (SD, top and bottm) off of TDR marching drums out of the 70s... good/very good condition. I'll have to double check, but based upon their age I'd say probably COS.

Agreed. In fact, I did make a 10-lug custom FT a couple of years back... BUT one of them in each of these sets is a bottom SD rim.
I have thought about cutting one of the TDR drums (12x16) down to 8x16 and making a custom SD... I do have the shorter lugs on hand. If I don't move any of the rims I'll think harder about trying that!
Or, if anybody else wants to try it, I could package a set of rims, a 12x16 shell AND 10 shorter marching lugs for one price!! :)
