Slingerland Snare Last viewed: 11 hours ago

I bought this drum 25 years ago. It's Slingerland 14"x 6".10 years later, deteriorated snare wire, and I had nonsense to throw out them. Tried to use yamaha and tama snare wire but didn't reach lost sounding. If who knows this snare trainer, prompt where it is possible to get them.

[Attachment: 49234] the surface is covered with greasing. therefore has an opaque appearance

[Attachment: 49236] it is my patent Yamaha snare wire

That's a Slingerland Duel Super strainer. They were on the Super Sound King. I have a 1973 Super Sound King that missing it and have had an unbelievable hard time trying to find one to replace it.

I think that you need to track down a puresound PR1416 (16").

The ends will need some minor modification but this is as near as you will probably get. (Although Pearl also do a 16" wire as well), that may also be worth a look.

Cheers
