It seems the old drum accessories were unique in their design and quality. Most of the new stuff is progressive and high quality, but they all seem to look alike. You could really tell the difference between a 60's Ludwig, Rogers, or Slingerland foot pedal or hi-hat. Maybe that's the allure that they have for some of us -- the magic of the good old days .
