Hello all, I just wanted to share a couple pics of my 60's Slingerland red glass glitter kit at a local benefit for Eva's Heroes. This is an organization started by Eva Longoria who has a sister that is mentally challanged, every year she puts on a dance for all the mentally challanged at a venue called Sunset Station in San Antonio, Texas.

That's a sweet looking set, are they mahogany? Also, what's the skinny on the snare? Is that a hole bored in the shell?

sweet i have always liked slingys , on a side bar my sons is stationed in San Antonio as a capt in air force!

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
