For sale my 1960's Black Diamond Pearl 14x20 Bass drum

Wrap is in great condition, no lifting seams and tight.
Lugs range from good to fair (noticeable pitting on most) No rust
Inlay for one hoop has split, (see picture)
Missing the spurs/mounting and rail consolette
Inside the shell there is re ring separation and a small section of the inner ply has lifted (see pictures)
In fact just look at all the pictures, I took a snap shot of everything explained here lol
I'm not entirely sure if this drum needs torpedo rods or not to be original. The t rods on there currently came from an early 70's Slingerland drum.
