I am selling my old Slingerland Artist snare which was given to me by a family friend (the original owner) about 15 years ago. It's red sparkle 5.5" x 14". This is the early single ply maple version of the Artist Series drum, serial number 19912, produced circa 1963. The drum is in very good condition. The shell is perfectly in round. It isn't without flaws, naturally. There is some minor pitting of the chrome. The sparkle is faded to a red-orange on one side. There are some tiny imperfections, scratches, etc in the shell, the pictures speak for themselves. See my flickr page...
