Sling 10x14 TDR marcher - strip? flip? restore? floor tom conversion?

Hi Friends,

I have a 12 lug chrome-wrap, black/silver niles badge TDR snare. The wires have been cut off.

Shell inner and bearing edges are exc/mint. Chrome in hardware is in good shape. Wrap is fair. Stick saver hoops. [not cob] Two additional holes were drilled for marching harness.

Why not just fix her up,and have a deep snare.Nice 5 ply shell,and the TDR was the best strainer IMHO,that Slingerland ever made.
