Does anyone know if the rims on a shelley manne slingerleedy were cob or cos (sticksavers)?

Given the years that the SlingerLeedy line was offered, I would venture a good guess that the Sticksavers, more correctly called Rimshot hoops, would be COB.

They'd be COB! Test it with magnet, which won't stick to brass.

My 1963 version has COB hoops.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.
