All,

Many people appear to be lusting after my 1963 Premier Black Pearl Kit (now on sale for $1,595), but so far no one seems willing to part with the necessary cash. :( Here's a link to the thread:

I am ready to put it with a shop on consignment. Does anyone know of a dealer within 100 miles of Washington DC that takes drums for sale on consignment?

They're going to want to make 40%, so instead of taking the loss, just offer your kit at a lower price.

Consignment precentages vary, 20-25% is more typical. But I agree, lower the price to $1300 and see what happens.

That's a nice kit BTW, you shouldn't have a problem getting that.

Maybe I'll snag it if you throw in shipping!
