I wonder what the cost would be to have a custom wrap made. Has anyone ever inquired into cost and minimum amount you would have to order.

Leedybdp that is a very slick kit. I really like the idea of saving orphans and turning them into something useful and yours is a great example.

As to custom wraps, drummaker offers custom tinting over existing Delmarr wrap. I belive what Andy is having them do is dye sublimate the clear top coat of a neutral colored wrap such as silver sparkle / glass or one if the white pearls. Precision does something similar and also offers custom artwork. You could also look into any commercial print shop that does custom printed wall paper, truck/car wraps and billboards. At that point it is all about the quality of your graphic art: specifically vector images as opposed to raster images whenever possible and the highest reasonable resolution.
