Rubber for Vintage Snare Stands Last viewed: 13 hours ago

Does anyone know what was used for the rubber isolation on the basket arms of a vintage snare stand, and/or where that material can be sourced now? So often a portion is worn off or badly cracked.

Thanks,

I have heard of people using Plasti Dip with pretty good results.

Heat shrink tubing should work well with no clean-up. It can be layered too.

Believe it or else!
