Hi I was looking at a power tone set missing the complete tom mount swivomatic system but still has the base plate does anyone have the diameter on that will any other product fit into that base thank you

Was it mounded in the center/top of the bass drum or off to the side?

Yuppers....
But as mention earlier...not round...has a flat side...(noticeable only up close)

Agreed-it has a flat side which was designed to keep the mount post from turning/swaying from playing vibrations.Rogers did put alot of thought into their designs.
