Is it me or is the script logo too close to the mount? Maybe a Top Hat config?

The bottom of the "R" is usually about 1/2" from the collet plate but these were put on by hand so they vary. I've seen slightly different placements on the toms within the same kit.

Thanks, could that center mount be a Londoner config? That tom mount is driving me crazy trying to find it in The Rogers Book.

That is the location for the Londoner mount. Someone probably switched it for that collet plate when they went to the snare stand and one tom.

Indeed. With the bowtie t's and claws, that probably is a bass from a Top Hat set. Also a twin-tom rig, the Top Hat used a 90 degree plate and a hex rod-based twin tom arm setup.
