Rogers DYNA in WMP on... Last viewed: 29 minutes ago
Not a guru just havin fun with some old dusty drums.

Interesting to note that the drum is never called a wood Dyna-sonic, but rather a vintage Rogers snare drum with a Custom Built Dyna-sonic tag...

Bob - It's not unusual for these guys. It's GoodWill. Most times, the description you get is something like: 'Weatherking snare drum. 15" x 6".'
Anybody who describes a drum by the name on the batter head and doesn't know how to measure a drum, doesn't know much of anything about drums. I -never- expect accurate descriptions of drums from Good Will. They're not in the instrument business... they're in the fund raising business. With GW you have to use the crappy photos they provide along with all the knowledge, experience or expertise you've acquired over the years.

Now let's see if the winning bidder pays for the drum??..Oh when a asked for photos of the inside of the drum the reply i got is that they did not know how to remove the top DOH...Mikey
Wow that's pretty bad. You'd think with all the drums they sell they'd have a drum key LOL. But like John said your dealing with GW and they call drums weatherkings and such. If I was in the market for a wood WMP dyna I'd be looking hard at the one in the classifieds now on pg 4. :) Wish I had the $$$ it's a beauty too.
