I've been a long time reader of the guide/forum and it's provided me a lot of insight into the world of vintage drums!

I'm glad the kit is cleaning up and that it matches your WMP Dyna Skydawg! I'm even more happy to see it go to someone that's going to appreciate it!

I attached two photos of the snare frame on the Dynasonic. It is single screw on each end and I believe it's the four string hole version. If anyone can enlighten me I'd appreciate it!

Hi Adam, that`s the original frame...if there are 19 strands of snare wire, they`re original as well.

Cool Wayne! Also Dan and Matt if your 7 line dynas are 9354 and 9719 they're most likely 67's. Also they're probably two of the last few seven line dynas as the dynas switched over to five lines around serial number 10700. The number on this Dyna is 6401. I love the snare frame and throw on the Dyna. Rogers blows my mind when I think about how innovative they were in their time; it's such a shame they're not around anymore.

FYI the Powertone kit Skydawg picked the L arm from is still in the shop. It's a Fullerton CA era in black with silver sparkle on the hoops, sizes 13,16,and 22. The numbers on the 13 and 16 are 68327 and 65138 respectively. There isn't a number on the bass drum. Let me know if you want pics.

Also there's a Super classic in BDP that's flawless. it's 5.5x14 and stamped March 24, 1961. Here's some pics of her.

Dan, i bought mine Feb.3/67`and thought it was a 67` but because of how early in that yr, i got it i wondered if could be earlier.Talked to TommyP and yep it`s a 66` build.I`m thinking yours is a 67` build but if TommyP chimes in he`ll know for sure and the same with yours Matt.
