Just wondering if anyone can give me info on this Rogers tom I bought recently.

What year?

What is the color?

What is the wood?

Thanks

well, it's certainly a tower series tom.

the color looks like sky blue ripple pearl.

looks to be a early to mid 60s.

shell should be maple.

and if you put all those things together and add that it's a rogers. that's a mighty fine drum you have there sir.

What type of lugs would go on this tom? Can you post me a pic by chance? I am not familiar with Rogers stuff at all!

Thanks

rogers stuff is a bit harder to come buy then other american brands but it's well worth it.

i can definitely take a picture of the tower tom that i have and you'll be able to see all the hardware that you will be needing.

mine is the same but it's a 12" instead of 13".

Hi,Your drum would take snare lugs by the photo they would be beaver tail one not the bread and butter one [they are rounded at the sides]..Iam slao thinking that you drum has been rewraped the edges look to be re-cut..But still a nice drum..Mikey

Nice Drum.

Looks to be Blue Ripple and original to me. Judging by the serial number..and little silver interior ring on the bottom lug hole, it could very well be a bread and butter lug, but it's hard to tell by the photo. Regardless, you will need 6 snare lugs, a collet, rims, tensions rods, and muffler if not present.
